We want you to love your SANDO gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at contact@sufferingsofferings.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
